How will I get around?
Every detail of your transportation in Italy will be flawlessly arranged. Whether you envision a private chauffeur at your disposal, the elegance of first-class train travel, or the efficiency of a short flight, we will ensure your journey is effortless and tailored to your preferences.
Can I make changes to the itinerary of my trip?
Of course – your experience should reflect your vision.
Adjustments can be made before all reservations are confirmed. Once everything is secured, the itinerary becomes set so we can guarantee a seamless experience for the group. By giving us control over these elements, we can provide the best possible service.
I have a disability – can I travel with you?

Are flights and airport transfers included in the trip price?
Airport transfers – absolutely, arranged with the highest level of comfort and reliability. Flights are not bundled into the trip price, but we will personally guide you in selecting and booking the best options, ensuring a smooth and stress-free start and finish to your journey.
Can you tell me the cost of a custom vacation with Itally?
Each trip is uniquely crafted, so we tailor the investment to your personal preferences, destinations, and desired services.
A custom itinerary typically includes stays at our carefully selected hotels or villas, private tours, transportation, and the full expertise of our team—covering research, planning, execution, and support before and during your travels.
When traveling with a small group of friends or family, some costs for ground services—such as transportation, tours, and activities—may decrease per person. Hotel rates remain consistent, though sharing larger rooms or suites can offer additional flexibility. Our goal is always to create a luxurious, seamless, and unforgettable journey.
What will be included in my tailor-made vacation package?
Normally, we arrange for all your accommodations, transportation, local guides, and any other fun activities and experiences. Your trip can be planned to the minute or can be more “open” with fewer planned activities. The choice is yours based on your travel wishes. Additionally, you receive unlimited communication and assistance from our team during your travels.
What kind of travel documents will I receive?
During the trip planning process, an Info Kit to the countries you are traveling to as well as our destination kits of the various places you are visiting. About 2 weeks before your trip, an e-itinerary will be sent to you via email including all your booking confirmations, contact numbers, and pre-departure information. This itinerary will be available in a printable PDF document.
Is it possible to book my own accommodations or other parts of my trip?
In order to make your trip as seamless as possible, we need to handle every aspect of your trip. By giving us control over these elements, we can provide the best possible service. It also allows us to quickly fix anything should it need to be.
Does Itally recommend travel insurance?
Absolutely - No one anticipates things will go wrong on a long awaited vacation, however, there are many circumstances which may force you to cancel your trip, return home early, or seek medical treatment. At Itally, we care that your investment is protected and will guide you to reputable travel insurance providers so you are ready for the unexpected.
